I AM: Valuable
Time and time again we're bumrushed with the idea that we're not enough.
In 2014 it was glary that understanding your value was important when navigating in the world.
It was especially important to see our value in relationships. From professional, personal, and academic, knowing the role that we played was essential to building our relationships.
When you know your value, you go into places and spaces owning it. It's that much easier to negotiate a raise, invite new people into your world, and most importantly know where you fall short.
When you know you're valuable, and you understand what you bring to the table, you can intuitively guide your relationships with intentions.
